The Detox Challenge!... specifically the Social Media Detox Challenge!
The Detox is 100 days total: May 30th- Sept 7th!
This is carrying on from my 1st time doing this challenge last year and loving the benefits and experiences I had last year, that I had to do it again!
But maybe you don't want/need to detox from Social Media, but something else? Then come along with whatever it is you are wanting to take a break from and let's get it!
And what better time to do it then the Summer?
I promise the benefits of being off social media (or anything else for that matter) for an extended amount of time FAR OUTWEIGH the reasons for staying with it.
I've included some tips this episode to help you make this as smooth as a transition as possible! I'm so excited for you to have the best summer! And even if you're seeing this episode after summer, you will never regret a detox in my humble opinion.
